Welcome to Athlete's Axis,
my name is Kenny Hasbrouck, and I created AA to help basketball players reach their full potential and expand their skills through basketball clinics, individual training sessions, and film study!
Growing and developing as a player happens when you work to improve your strengths and weaknesses and add new skills to your game. As a young player, you first must understand what's a strength and weakness and then, what are the best drills for improvement.
Without understanding the purpose of each basketball drill used in practice and training session, it's difficult, close to impossible to grow and develop without great pure talent or elite athleticism.
Consistent improvement occurs when players understand the "why" of drills they're using and therefore can understand why they need to do specific drills.
While in-person training improves skills and moves rapidly, the limits come with trainers that don't watch their clients in game situations. Here at Athlete's Axis, I'll work with you in person and virtually to ensure improvement happens consistently.
